Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before you have received it, please contact us ASAP. All products are made to order and cancellations are not possible once an order has gone into production.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt of your order. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

If you are concerned about the sizing of any item of clothing, please check our Size Guide before purchasing. For any other questions about clothing or other types of product, please also contact us before purchasing.

Faulty Items

We will refund any items which are received faulty or damaged. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please contact us and include photos clearly showing the problem.

Non-Faulty Items

If you wish to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, please contact us and provide the reasons for your return request. All returned items must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.
